SLJ Week 1: Day 1 Exploring the world. Activity 1: Setting Sail
Imagine that you were invited to join Nainoa for three weeks at sea. You are asked to pack your own food. List 10 food items that you could take on the trip.
I would take some:
Dried spaghetti: Because it will make you survive the day.
Olives: Because they have nutrients.
Canned Veggies: They are good for you.
Canned Fruits: They are good for you.
Nuts: They do have healthy fats.
Dried Apricots: They have healthy things that are vitamins and minerals.
Dried beans: The dried beans are really good for you.
Dark chocolate are bad for you but it can save your life.
Canned meats and seafood and they can be good foods.
You should bring your fishing rod so you can go fishing and lots of water. Here is a useful site

Kia ora Maximus! How are you doing? It's super rainy here in Auckland! I'm missing the beautiful Northland sunshine!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your blog post! I really appreciate the thought you've put into the reasons behind your food reasons. Wow, you've chosen a great variety of food! Out of everything you've listed, what would be your most favourite food? If I made a list, I think I would pick pasta! It's my absolute favourite meal. Canned food, dark chocolate and dried apricots sound super useful! You'd be a great survivor! Also, your reasons for bringing dark chocolate made me laugh so hard! Where did you get that reason from? Maybe next time you could add some groovy colours and photos! It makes blog posts look super eye-catching!
I'm super excited to see what else you come up with! Remember to comment on other bloggers' posts for extra points! Have a fantastic day!
Ngā mihi,
