We have been reading a book called The Peco Incident and Des Hunt wrote it.  Kane and I are making an animation.  The chapter we are up to is chapter 18. I hope you enjoy my animation.     

What is a force?

This is my DLO about what a force is. We had to read a text and look for the key words/ideas in it. That's the important stuff. Then we had to set the key ideas out in a tidy way on a new DLO.
The hard part was: Figuring out what was important.
The easy part was: Finding some illustrations for my DLO.

Today I am going to share with you a DLO I made about Forces and motion. We had to read a text and then pluck out the important ideas and set them out clearly on a new DLO.

The learning behind this was:

Learn more about forces

Be able to identify important ideas

What was hard: It’s hard to find the main ideas

What was easy: Finding pictures to suit the words

Learn:1. That rhythm is a main clue that a piece of writing might be poetry.

We have been learning about earthquakes. I worked with the teacher and a group of buddies to finish a Google Drawing and a PMI.
